The flame from the Pan Am Games will arrive in Sarnia on Tuesday, June 16.
The official ceremony takes place outside city hall, beginning at 8:30 a.m., and includes coffee and playing of the national anthem.
A street-level relay will leave city hall at 9:20 a.m. and arrive at the Sarnia Athletics Southwest Track on East Street at 10:05 a.m., with rolling street closures in between.
Runner Wes Harding and track coach Joel Skinner are the official Sarnia torchbearers, along with 20-plus people selected through an online application.
At the track, gymnasts and track athletes will put on demonstrations and instruct school children in shot put, hurdles, sprinting, floor exercises and other sports.
Nearly 600 students from six schools will have a chance to cheer on the torchbearers, and Olympic hopeful Jillian Drouin will share her motivational story.
The torch is also visiting the Aamjiwnaang First Nation before heading south to Wallaceburg.
The torch relay is covering thousands of kilometres across Canada in 41 days, ending at the opening ceremony in Toronto on July 10.
