Neighbourhood opposition threatens affordable housing project
A 56-unit affordable housing project in Sarnia has been delayed by city council and is now headed to the Ontario Land Tribunal, after facing pushback from nearby residents. “NIMBY attitudes are no longer considered acceptable by the province,” said Myles Vanni, executive director of the Inn of the Good Shepherd.
