The City of Sarnia recently hosted the Ontario Provincial High School Curling Championship with 20 girls' teams and 20 boys' team from all across the province participating.
Great to have such a prestigious event with approximately 500 visitors coming to our city for the several-day event.
Local content included a boys' and a girls' team from Northern and a girls' team from St Pat's.
Our neighbour was on the Northern Girl's team and we attended a couple of her games, which were held at the Sarnia Golf and Curling Club.
Kudos to the Golf Club for organizing and staging a first-class event in their facilities - well done. No doubt this event would leave a favorable impression on all the visitors to Sarnia. Well done all.
