Suicide Loss Support

The Rapids Family Health Team (1150 Pontiac Dr.), 6 p.m. A 9-week program for family members who have experienced a loss by suicide. Come out and feel supported by others who have also experienced such a tragic loss.  Pre-registration required. Call 519-339-8949

Kiwanis speaker

The public is invited to hear Sarnia’s Tanya Wolff speak about Rotary International’s involvement in the fight to eradicate polio at a meeting of the Kiwanis Club of Sarnia-Lambton Golden K at 9:30 a.m. at the Lochiel Kiwanis Centre. If interested, contact Dennis at 519-466-2687.

Church Bazaar

St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church (261 Christina St.) hosts a fall bazaar from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, 261 Christina St. N. Featuring turkey pies, frozen meals, books & puzzles, tea Room & scones.

CWL Bazaar

St. Benedict’s CWL Fall Bazaar runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Parish Centre (corner of Oak & Landsdowne). Includes knitting, sewing, baking, jewelry, books, spring rolls, chili, sandwiches, and coffee.
