Huge crowds turned out in Canatara and Centennial Parks on Saturday to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Canadian confederation.
The day began with a parade into Canatara Park that was one of the largest in recent memory, and ended with a display of fireworks over Sarnia Bay that brought ‘oohs’ and ‘aaahs.’
In between, the sea of red and white enjoyed food, arts and crafts, singing, cupcakes, magic shows, inflatables and plenty of live music.
