She will continue in that role as she transitions into the new job as CEO at LEO. The move is part of the integrated health care envisioned by Sarnia-Lambton’s newly formed Ontario Health Team.

“We are excited to have Paula join the Lambton Elderly Outreach team, and we look forward to seeing the benefits this integrated role can bring,” said board chair April Williams.

Lambton Elderly Outreach helps seniors and adults with disabilities maintain independence by offering transportation, meals on wheels, personal care, and housing support.

Reaume-Zimmer, who has a PhD in healthcare administration, said she looks forward to ensuring seniors can stay in their own home as long as possible.
