The Sarnia Lambton Workforce Development Board is inviting local employers to participate in their annual EmployerOne Survey. Their research aims to gather responses from businesses of all sizes across Sarnia Lambton, focusing on key areas such as recent hiring activities, future hiring plans, recruitment strategies, and the unique challenges faced by businesses and sole proprietors across all industries.
Insights gathered through the survey are kept confidential and serve as a vital resource when informing the board's current and future research projects that support workforce planning and development in Sarnia Lambton.
Once analyzed, findings will be available on the SLWDB website for a wide audience, including job seekers, community partners, government bodies, educational institutions, and the general public.
