The Sarnia Saints rugby team has sign a new pact with city hall to continue use of the Bell Building at Norm Perry Park. For the past 17 years the club has run activities and social events there under an alcohol permit from the LCBO. There have few problems, city staff says. The new five-year licensing agreement will see the rugby club pay the city $1,150 annually to use the facility, increasing 2% a year.
