Elementary cross country runners shine at LKESAA District Meet

The Lambton Kent Elementary Schools’ Athletic Association (LKESAA) District Cross Country meet was held at Canatara Park in Sarnia last week.

More than 600 students representing over 50 schools throughout Sarnia-Lambton and Chatham-Kent, faced off in the races held for Grades four through eight.

Cathcart Boulevard was a big winner at the event, finishing first in the overall team standings in three of 10 divisions, followed by Bright’s Grove and Lambton Centennial public schools with two overall team wins, and Sir John Moore with one.

Here are the top 10 individual and top 3 team results for each division:
