The Sarnia Police Service responded to two separate break and enters in the city’s North End On December 20th, occurring within two (2) kilometres of each other.
- Location 1: Wespencer Gate
- Location 2: Huron Shores Drive
In both cases, the suspects gained entry by smashing a pane of glass at the rear of the homes. One home was ransacked as thieves searched for valuables. In the other, it is believed the returning homeowners scared off the intruders before significant theft occurred.
A black crossover-style SUV was observed acting suspiciously in the area of one of the incidents.
