I would like to share with all of you that Sitara [Indian Cuisine] is now sold, all three locations.

I am re-retiring. However, I am staying here in Sarnia as I love waking up every morning here among all of you.

To me, there is no other community better than Sarnia and the area.

Selling Sitara may have come to many of you as a surprise. But the time was right and the price was right. I rather leave when I am at the top and Sitara is on very firm footing.

You should see no change in terms of the quality of food. We really have an amazing staff.

I will still see many of you around the city. Sitara was my baby. I will miss it. But I will find many other things to do in our community.

I will miss so many of you, seeing you at Sitara, talking to you. But you will see me and I will see you at some other platforms.

I want to thank each and everyone of you for supporting me and Sitara. I learned so much from you. Together, we created the finest Indian cuisine in Sarnia. I am so proud of all of you and my community.

Together, as a community, we faced many challenges like covid pandemic. And, together, we will continue to support our community through any challenges we may face in the future. Supporting each other, this is what makes our community stand out. Love you all!

Manjit Singh
