Lambton County Library will host a free screening of Hidden Figures on Wednesday, February 19, at 5:30 p.m., giving audiences a chance to revisit the acclaimed biographical drama about three African-American women who played a key role in NASA’s space race.

The film follows Dorothy Vaughn, Mary Jackson, and Katherine Johnson, mathematicians who broke racial and gender barriers while helping launch astronaut John Glenn into orbit. Starring Taraji P. Henson, Octavia Spencer, and Janelle Monáe, the movie was nominated for multiple Academy Awards and remains a powerful story of perseverance and innovation.

The screening is open to all, with no registration required. The film is rated PG and has a runtime of 127 minutes.
