Police renew plea for tips linked to three missing Sarnia men

“The impact of missing persons can be life-changing for families, friends and communities.”

The Sarnia Police Service (SPS) is urging anyone with information — no matter how significant — about three missing Sarnia men to come forward.

“In a renewed request for public assistance, the SPS is again sharing their photos in the hopes that someone who knows something will come forward,” a news release stated, pointing to the disappearances of Dustin Ireson (34), Trevor Chaput, 35, and Brad Ogilvie, 41.

“As many families gather over the holiday season, these families continue to be impacted by not knowing where their loved ones are and they continue to search for answers on their disappearances.

“The impact of missing persons can be life-changing for families, friends and communities,” police added.

Dustin Ireson was last seen Nov. 13, 2022. His vehicle, a black Dodge Ram pickup, was last seen in the area of Harbour Road, in the City of Sarnia. Dustin is described as being 5’7” in height, with long brown hair. He is missing a tooth on the right side of his mouth.

Trevor Chaput was reported missing on July 6, 2022. He is described as being 5’6” in height, with a thin build, weighing approximately 160lbs.
Brad Ogilvie was reported missing, by family members, to the SPS on Nov. 22, 2023. Brad is is 5’9″ in height and weighs 160lbs., with a medium build and brown hair.

Police are asking anyone with information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, to call the Sarnia Police Service Criminal Investigations Division at (519) 344-8861.
