Hadley wins 13th Charity Pro-Am at Sarnia Golf & Curling Club

The Sarnia Golf & Curling Club hosted its 45th annual Charity Pro-Am over the weekend, in support of St. Joseph’s Hospice, with Brian Hadley winning the event for the 13th time.

The PGA of Canada pro was tied with Sarnia Golf & Curling Club assistant professional Brett McGugan after 36 holes, with a two-day total of 82 points, the club said.

“The two then battled in a four-hole, sudden-death playoff until Hadley emerged as the 2023 Professional Champion.”

Team Champions were: Scott Loosley (Pro, Westhaven Country Club), Scott Hartley, Scott Randall, and Greg Stuart who totalled a score of 244 (44 under par).

Steve Bennett of PGA of Canada was named the Senior Professional Champion.
