  • Dance Fusion – A fun, energetic dance class incorporating props like hats, canes, and feather fans.
  • Chair Qi Gong – A seated practice that combines breathwork, gentle movements, and meditation for relaxation and healing.
  • Learn to Crochet – A six-week beginner-friendly course in the art of crochet.
  • Rudimentary Tech Literacy – A hands-on program designed to help participants navigate essential apps, programs, and devices with confidence.

Recreation for All Ages & Interests

From drop-in programs to structured classes, Sarnia’s recreation offerings extend far beyond traditional sports. Fitness and wellness classes include yoga, Tai Chi, and strength training, while arts and culture programs feature everything from painting to music lessons. If you’re looking to get outside, consider joining an organized sports league, or take part in one of the many city events happening this summer.

For those looking to just show up and enjoy, drop-in programs such as billiards, knitting circles, jam sessions, and shuffleboard provide casual, low-commitment ways to connect with the community.
