The Sarnia-Lambton Workforce Development Board (SLWDB) is running its tenth annual EmployerOne survey for local employers.
Results from the survey provide insights into local workforce needs and help to identify trends that assist local business owners, job seekers and other stakeholders with workforce and career planning, the agency noted.
Depending on staff size, the survey takes approximately eight minutes to complete, and can be completed in multiple sessions. Participation is confidential.
After analysis, the data is released to job seekers, community partners, government agencies, local schools, and the public.
The SLWDB is a community-directed, not-for-profit corporation leading Sarnia Lambton in its approach to workforce development and labour market planning.
