The United Way of Sarnia-Lambton’s 2023 campaign is still slightly ahead of last year’s pace, with $900,000 raised so far.
Now in its 11th week (of 14), the campaign has raised 66% of its $1.4 million goal.
Some campaign updates from executive director Dave Brown:
- There have been more than 1,875 donors to date
- Imperial employees’ campaign raised $345,000
- The Lambton Kent District School Board is in the final week of their campaign.
- Lambton College has already surpassed last year’s total
- NOVA Chemicals has wrapped up its campaign
- Residents can purchase gift baskets handmade by the Dante Club and Front Street Heat hot sauce from the United Way website
