Beneath this stunning timelapse of the Northern Lights, captured at Highland Glen on October 10, 2024, photographer Ronny Rooster reflects on his growing passion for nighttime photography, which began in May of this year. "Wow... it's an interesting journey seeking to improve," Ronny says, as he experimented with time-lapse photography for the first time. However, he admits, "In hindsight, I picked the wrong spot... So many headlights coming in behind me ruining parts of the sequence when the lights stayed on." Despite the challenges, he remains excited about his progress and looks forward to future opportunities, noting, "Next time, the location will be more private."
