Peacefully, surrounded by loving family, on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at St. Joseph’s Hospice, Pamela Wagner passed away at the age of 77. Beloved wife of the late Dave Newell who was the love of her life. Loving mother of Rick Wagner (Darlene Abbey), Shelley Wagner, and her two predeceased children Lorie Wagner, and John Wagner. Cherished grandmother of Tyler Wagner (Tara), and Courtney Wagner, and great-grandmother of Alexis, Kieran, Aidan, Amelia, and Benjamin. Predeceased by her parents Lloyd, and Fern (Byers) Stinson, and the father of her children Milton Wagner. Pamela loved to read, researching her ancestry, and putting her family tree together. She loved her dogs and cats and was known to be a very giving person who was always helping out the less fortunate. Pamela will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her. The family wishes to thank the wonderful staff and Dr. Kim at St. Joseph’s Hospice for their care and compassion. A funeral service will be held at Smith Funeral Home, 1576 London Line, Sarnia, on Sunday, July 21, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. with visitation held two hours prior from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Cremation will follow. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to Moose Lodge 1046 or St. Joseph’s Hospice (cheques only at the funeral home please).
