It is with great sadness that the family of Ron Taylor of Corunna announce his peaceful passing with his loving family by his side on February 16, 2025 at Bluewater Health in Sarnia.
Beloved husband of Doreen (nee Reed) for 66 years. Loving father of Janet Smith (Ian) of Port Franks, Jeff Taylor (Connie) of London and Jonathan Taylor (Shawn) of Sarnia. Cherished grandfather of Jennifer, Stephanie, Richard, Brad, Shayla, Christopher, Kent, Steven and 11 great-grandchildren. Survived by his brother Albert Taylor of Saskatchewan.
Ron worked at General Motors in London for 32 years and after retirement worked alongside his youngest son at Bayview Chrysler (Red Orr) as a shuttle driver. Ron coached hockey in his spare time and was the First Vice President of Branch 501 Lambeth Legion.
The family would like to thank Brittney, Erica and Karen of Bayshore and VON along with all the staff of Bluewater Health in Sarnia. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Sarnia Lambton in memory of Ron.
