Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on March 8, 2025, at Bluewater Health - CEE, Elizabeth "Beth" Ruth South passed away at the age of 65, stepping into the arms of her Lord and Saviour. Beloved wife of Russell "Russ" South. Loving mother of Jeremy, Jason (Nikita) and Jordan (Ginny). Cherished grandmother of Aubrey, Lochlin, Thatcher, Zoe, and Wallace. Loving aunt of 12 nieces and nephews. Dear sister of Andy (Chris), Allen, Tim (Eva) Melville and Stan Martin. Predeceased by her parents Bruce and Marie Melville, and her sister Peggy Martin. Beth always found joy in gardening, vintage fashion and baking. Family and friends will be received at Smith Funeral Home, 1576 London Line, Sarnia, on Thursday, March 13, 2025, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. A celebration of Beth’s life will be held at Huron Baptist Church, 1285 Michigan Ave., Sarnia, on Friday, March 14, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., with family and friends being received one hour prior to the service.
