Peacefully passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospice. She was 92, with her two children John Allen (partner Nancy Sauve, 2022) and Laurie Ann Lee by her side. Predeceased by husband of 53 years John “Bud” (2013). A fiery red head, Laura lived life to the fullest. Retired from Trillium Villa. Laura and Bud enjoyed camping for many years at Ipperwash. Reading Harlequin novels, keeping up with the world news and driving her PT cruiser to the bingo had been routine for years. Laura will be missed by many nieces and nephews and her grandpuppy Rocky who she spoiled. Cremation has taken place. At Laura’s request there will be no service. Donations to St. Joseph’s Hospice in memory of Laura would be much appreciated (cheques only at the funeral home please). Arrangements entrusted to Smith Funeral Home, 1576 London Line, Sarnia.
