Edward Allan Kellestine (Ed) formally of Wyoming Ontario, passed peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospice Sarnia Ontario, on Tuesday January 16th at the age of 83, with his wife and family by his side. He will be dearly missed and survived by his wife and partner of 43 years, Sally Solomon, and his children Vincent Kellestine (Darunee) of Mississauga, his daughter Michele Barber of Collingwood and Dion (Sheri) Kellestine of Winnipeg Manitoba. He will also be missed by his grandchildren Leslie, Anndrea, Julia, Josh, Alex, Jaclyn and Amelia. Ed was predeceased by his sons, Sheldon and Mike Kellestine and Grandson Logan Kellestine. He was the son of the late Lafayette and Marjorie Kellestine, and brother of Hugh Kellestine (Jeannie) and sister Marlene Davelaar all of Strathroy Ontario. Sadly, he will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Ed was a retired member of the Boilermakers Union Local 128, and former employee of Procor Ltd., Sarnia.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, January 22, 2024, at 1:00 pm from the Wyoming Chapel of Needham-Jay Funeral Home, 650 Broadway St., Wyoming. Visitors will be received prior to the service beginning at 11:00 am. Interment in Wyoming Cemetery.
