Peacefully, surrounded by loving family, on Monday, December 11, 2023, at Bluewater Health, Jim Jeffrey passed away at the age of 71. Beloved husband of Debbie for 18 years. Loving father of Dave Jeffrey, Stefanie (Brian) Spalding, Jamie Jeffrey, and step-father of Jason Roberts and Krystal Earle. Treasured son of Peggy Jeffrey and the late Douglas Jeffrey. Cherished grandfather of Logan Earle, Landon Earle, Athena Stoukas, and Arianna Stoukas. Dear brother of Linda Osmond (Lloyd). Will be missed by his in-laws Ralph and Donelda Mitchell. Predeceased by his granddaughter Alexandria Stoukas and his father-in-law Ron Tranter. Jim was a member of the Moose Lodge. He was an avid golfer at the St. Clair Parkway Golf Course. Jim’s kids and grandkid’s were his biggest pride and joy. He will be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews and by all those who knew and loved him. Cremation has taken place. Family and friends will be received at Smith Funeral Home, 1576 London Line, Sarnia, on Friday, December 15, 2023 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. A memorial service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to Multiple Myeloma Canada (cheques only at the funeral home please).
