Richard Paul Francis passed away peacefully with family at Bluewater Health on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at the age of 86.
Loving father of Kim and Shawn (Jenn) and grandfather of Justin (Laura). Predeceased by his sister Sheila (Fred) and nephew Brian. He will be missed by his niece Amanda and many friends and family.
