Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at Afton Park Place, Anthony “Tony” Dunn passed away at the age of 96. Beloved husband of the late Norah. Loving father of Michael (Judy) Dunn, Ruth Burns, Philip (Elena) Dunn, and Andrew (Beckie) Dunn. Cherished grandfather of Aaron Dunn, Wyatt Burns, Travis Burns, Jarrod Burns, Chelsie Burns, Kristen Dunn, Nicholas Dunn, Hunter Dunn, and Clark Dunn. Treasured great-grandfather of Leah Burns and Brody Burns. Tony will be missed by all who knew and loved him, both in Canada and in England. Tony enjoyed playing cards and darts at the Point Edward Ex-Servicemen’s Club with his family and friends. He enjoyed playing as well as coaching baseball. Cremation has taken place. In keeping with Tony’s wishes, a private service will be held. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Sarnia & District Humane Society (cheques only at the funeral home please).
