Unexpectedly on Friday May 31, 2024. Fred Arseneau, age 65 years of Corunna. Much loved husband of 48 years to Cindy. Cherished father of April MacNeil and her husband Neil of Edmonton and John Arseneau of Sarnia. Treasured grandfather of Ethan and Elizabeth. Loving brother of Mary-Lou Dufault (Paul), Aurelle Arseneau (Joy), Pete Arseneau (Deb), Betty-Sue Reid (the late Ken), Randy Arseneau (late Cathy) and Joseph Arseneau (Janice). Much loved brother-in-law of Peggy Deschenes and her husband Rick. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Fred was predeceased by his parents, Fred and Betty Arseneau and by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, John and Greta Affleck. Fred was currently employed as the Operations Manager with Curran Capital and had previously been employed at the Pt. Edward Casino. In keeping with his wishes cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will be held at his residence, 499 Colborne Drive in Corunna on Friday June 14, 2024 from 4-7 p.m. where friends and acquaintances are invited to stop by and share their memories with the family. In lieu of flowers sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the charity of one’s choice.
