Lambton College Co-op and Career Services is hosting a ‘Mega Job Fair’ on Friday, Feb. 9, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
The free event, happening at the college, is an opportunity for job seekers to connect with a diverse array of employers from Sarnia, Lambton County, and across Southern Ontario, a news release noted.
“The Mega Job Fair promises to be a cornerstone event for both job seekers and employers alike,” the college stated. “Attendees will have the chance to meet face-to-face with hiring managers from a wide range of industries and explore a variety of job opportunities.”
Participating organizations include the City of Sarnia, County of Lambton, Imperial Oil, RCMP, RBC, and more.
“This career fair is not just for students and graduates but extends its welcome to any individual seeking employment or career guidance,” the college added. “It's a unique chance for job seekers to make a lasting impression, network with industry professionals, and learn about the various career paths available to them.”
Organizers encourage attendees to ‘dress for success’ and bring an ample supply of resumes. “This is more than just a job fair, it’s a platform for potential employees to take a significant step towards their career aspirations,” the college added.
