Union Gas is buying five acres of land in Sarnia’s 402 Business Park for $290,000.
The utility plans to build a warehouse and offices to act as a base of operations.
The business park south of Highway 402 near Airport Road currently has two tenants.
Union Gas plans to build just north of the office and training centre of the International Brotherhood Of Boilermakers, Local 128.
The money will be placed in a city reserve account.
