The new owner of the former Zellers Plaza says a site plan and new tenants will be announced in the next few months.
The plaza at 1249 London Rd. is a prime retail location and the previous owners had already begun improving the site, said Robert Dawson, of Sarnia-based Lucror Property Investments.
“We’ll be continuing revitalization so the site can function as a modern, outdoor and standalone shopping centre with food service, traditional retail and professional services.
Dawson estimated the plaza will see $10 million in new investment over the next five years.
