Keeping up with her 18-year-old teammates on the Sarnia City Wildcats has Lisa Karsay on the run.
The 37-year-old athlete said staying in shape requires hard work and more effort each and every year.
But soccer is her passion and she enjoys the challenge, she said, while working out at Norm Perry Park.
