If you’ve got a physician providing great patient care you can nominate him or her for a Patients’ Choice Award.
The awards recognize local family doctors and specialists who provide exceptional patient-centred care and are sponsored by Bluewater Health, Patients Canada and the Ontario Medical Association.
To enter, patients are asked to write a brief story highlighting an exceptional experience they’ve had with their physician. Entries are judged by a panel of patients.
