Mrs. Christine Van De Veire-Birch, of Wallaceburg, passed away peacefully with family surrounding her on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at the age of 64 years.
She was born in Wallaceburg and was a daughter of the late Amiel and Rita (Lebrun) Van De Veire.
Beloved wife of Marcel Birch.
Loving mother of Keelan (Bryan) Wade and Danielle (Dustin Sharp) Birch.
Sadly missed by her grandchildren Evan, Rita and Emelia.
Kind sister and sister-in-law of Betty (the late Robert) Newman, Bob (Lynne) (the late Kathleen) Van De Veire, Linda (Ken) Fox, Allan Van De Veire, Llewllyn Birch and Tammy (the late Albert) Van Varenberghe.
Predeceased by a brother Ronnie Van De Veire and brother-in-law Fred Birch. She will always be remembered by many nieces, nephews family and friends.
Family and friends will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Monday, March 25, 2024 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at Holy Family Church at 12 noon with Interment to follow in Riverview Cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Diabetes Association or the Red Cross may be left at the funeral home.
