Peacefully, surrounded by loving family, on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at Bluewater Health, Gregory Fisher passed away at the age of 73.
Beloved father of Jeremy Fisher, Terry Fisher (Christina), and Candice Fisher.
Loving grandfather Rylee Crowe, Andrew Horvat, and Rowan Fisher, Ethan Fisher, and Kaylee Fisher, and Owen Fisher, Ayden Fisher, Daniel Animkeence Fisher-Plain, William Fisher-Plain, and Destiny Fisher-Plain. Cherished great grandfather of Tobias Jason Charles McBeath. Treasured brother of Raymond Fisher (Sharron), Audrey Williams, and Jeffery Fisher. Will be missed by Darlene Shipman, his cherished companion and mother of Candice. Predeceased by his daughter Patty Fisher, and his sisters Elaine Nahmabin and Phyllis Fisher. He will be remembered by many nieces and nephews. Gregory embraced life with a passion for the outdoors with his love for hunting, biking, and walking in the bush. He will be missed by all those who knew and loved him. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Gregory’s life will take place at the Maawn Doosh Gumig Community Centre, 1972 Virgil Ave, Sarnia, on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Alzheimer’s Society (cheques only at the funeral home please).
