Last year, Steves and Rozema severed portions of the 32-acre parcel of unserviced forested land at centre and sold them to Bridgeview Marina, which is visible in behind.

Bridgeview itself was created by contractor Don Stonehouse in the early 1960s from dredged marshland and was originally known as Rena Marina.

Today, it is one of the largest fully serviced marinas on the Great Lakes.
