Hours at two City of Sarnia buildings will be reduced this month.
Starting Jan. 22, city hall and the transit office will open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Phone calls to city hall will be answered by an automated server instead of a receptionist, with an option to ring through to a live person. The concierge desk in the lobby will also be removed.
The reduced hours come as a cost savings measure, approved by council in the 2018 budget.
