Two donated Sarnia Transit buses will look to get stuffed when they hit the road on Saturday, July 26.
Stuff the Bus in a citywide food drive in which residents can fill a grocery bag at 10 food stores in Sarnia, Bright’s Grove and Corunna, then fill up the bus to help replenish food bank shelves.
Up to 2,000 local households use a food bank each month.
Items most in need include canned fruit and vegetables, pasta and sauces, juice boxes, canned fish and meat, powdered milk, peanut butter and baby formula.
Pre-filled bags and donation bins will also available.
