Foreigner singer headlines Borderfest

Bluewater Borderfest organizers have announced the first group of acts lined up for the third annual music festival. Lou Gramm of Foreigner, Kelly Keagy of Night Ranger, and John Payne of ASIA are set to perform in Centennial Park on Sunday, Aug. 11.

Lou Gramm of Foreigner, Kelly Keagy of Night Ranger, and John Payne of ASIA are set to perform in Centennial Park on Sunday, Aug. 11.

As the lead vocalist of Foreigner, Gramm performed such hits as Feels Like the First Time, Cold as Ice, Hot Blooded, and I Want to Know What Love Is.

Keagy was the drummer of vocalist of Night Ranger, which had hits like Sister Christian and Sentimental Street.

Payne was the frontman of the rock band ASIA, which had hit singles including Heat of the Moment and Only Time Will Tell.

“It will be hit after hit after hit from these iconic singers of the 80s,” Borderfest said in a release.

This year’s festival, Aug. 9-11, is being held the same weekend as two other major events, the Sarnia Tall Ships Festival and Artzscape by the Bay.
