Workers using heavy equipment and a skiff continue to work on the new muncipal boat launch taking shape in Centennial Park. City Hall has said the problem-plagued facility — originally scheduled to open in 2016 — should be ready for the April 27 start of the 42nd annual Bluewater Anglers' Salmon Derby.
