Matt Mercier, of Sarnia, harnesses the power of the wind to literally fly beneath the Blue Water Bridge while kite surfing on the St. Clair River last week.
Waterfront visitors were delighted by the aerial display put on by Mercier and fellow kite-surfer Jim Curran, of Point Edward.
