Virtual Workshop

West Lambton Health Centre hosts its Virtual Ho Ho Ho Help Workshop at 2:30 p.m. Identify

Open Stage

Lawrence hosts its House Open Stage at 7 p.m., hosted by local singer-songwriter Gregger Botting. Doors open at 6:45 pm. Musicians, poets, storytellers and writers are welcome to perform in a quiet, intimate setting. The House piano and guitar are available to play. Audience members who enjoy music and words are invited to listen and enjoy. Admission is free. While at the House, check out the Gift Shop brimming with items created by area artists and artisans.

Prostate Cancer Support Group

The Sarnia Prostate Cancer Support Group will have Dr. Paul Martin speak on new treatment options during and after prostate cancer and on transperineal prostate biopsy in patients on from 7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at the Lochiel Kiwanis Community Centre, 180 College Street, Sarnia. Candle Making

The Judith & Norman Alix Art Gallery is inviting families and members of the public to join them for a fun and festive Cozy Candle Making program. Drop-in between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to learn the craft of traditional candle making. Participants will create a beeswax candle through a wax dipping method and adorn it with colourful modelling wax. Festival of Cheers

Tourism Sarnia-Lambton announces Festival of Cheers. Craft Beer, Wine, Cider & Food Show with Lambton County’s Drink Producers, and featuring the Dwayne Gretzky Band and Rumblefish at Sarnia’s Progressive Auto Sales Arena. Running from noon to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. Admission for the night portion of the event is $30+hst with general admission seating on the arena floor and many activities taking place throughout the night. The daytime admission of the show will be free to the public and feature games, entertainment, and activities for everyone. Tickets can be purchased in person at Tourism Sarnia-Lambton and online or in person at the Sarnia Sting, Progressive Auto Sales Arena box office. Drink sample tokens packages will be available in advance at Tourism Sarnia-Lambton with the first 500 advance purchasers receiving limited addition “Cheers to the Coast” event glassware.
