Grove Music Series

Chamber Cruise

Classic Boat Show

Fourth annual antique and classic boat show on Friday and Saturday at Sarnia Bay Marina features 25 beautifully restored boats, some more than 80 years old. Captain’s reception 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Friday with the boat show Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. For more call 519- 336-3232

Boys Soccer Tournament

Weekend of youth soccer at the Water’s Edge Classic Festival, Saturday and Sunday, at Blue Water Bridge Park in Point Edward. Free event to spectators. Tournament for boys aged seven to 10. For more, contact director Dean Troiani at 519-336-5561.

Steak BBQ and Dance

Ballroom Dancing

Fun Day

String Instruction

The International Symphony Orchestra is offering cello or violin instruction (instruments included) for ages five and older. Adults welcome. Sessions from Monday July 21 to Friday July 25, 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. daily. Location details depend on enrolment. Deadline for registration, July 14. Cost $50.00 for five sessions. Stuff the Bus

Citywide food drive in which participants fill a grocery bag with non-perishable food and help “stuff the bus” at 10 grocery store in Sarnia, Corunna and Bright’s Grove. Food can also be taken to the Salvation Army, 970 Confederation St., or St. Vincent de Paul, 228 Davis St.

Free Summer Art Camp

Gallery in the Grove’s three-day camp for youth aged 11 to 13 to create, paint and draw, free of charge. Aug. 12-14, culminating in an exhibition.
