Documentary Screening

CineSarnia presents Buffy Sainte-Marie: Carry It On at 7:30 p.m. at the Sarnia Library Theatre. A documentary on the trail-blazing career of this Indigenous artist, folk singer and social justice activist. Low Impact Exercise

West Lambton Health Centre hosts its in-person low impact exercise class Mondays & Fridays at Living Hope Christian Reformed Church- 1281 Exmouth St. (NEW LOCATION) at 9:30 a.m. Low impact exercises performed using body weight and resistance bands. All abilities welcome. Virtual Sit or Stand Exercise

West Lambton Health Centre hosts its sit or stand exercise class every Monday at 1:30 p.m. though Zoom. No impact exercise performed standing or seated in a chair, resistance bands are used. Virtual Shibashi

West Lambton Health Centre hosts its virtual shibashi class every Tuesday at 11 a.m. though Zoom. Tai chi/qigong is a practice of aligning breath and movement for exercise and health.

Battle of the Atlantic

The Battle of the Atlantic was a defining conflict for Canada during the Second World War. The public is invited to learn more about it when author and historian Ted Barris discusses his new book about this maritime battle during a meeting of the Kiwanis Club of Sarnia-Lambton Golden K, at 9:30 a.m. If interested in attending, please call Dennis at 519-466-2687.

A Cappella Performance

Resolution Barbershop Quartet performs in the Lawrence House Turret Room at 7 p.m. This a cappella group has performed to much acclaim for many years in SW Ontario. ISO Concert - Messiah

The International Symphony Orchestra, led by Maestro Douglas Bianchi, will present an all-Messiah program at Bethel Pentecostal Church, 1565 London Line, Sarnia, ON. at 7:30 p.m. Conductor & Music Director Maestro Douglas Bianchi, returning after a guest concert with ISO conductor emeritus Jerome Summers, is anxious to begin an annual Messiah event series. Christmas Concert

The Sarnia Bluewater Chordsmen are hosting a Christmas Benefit Concert at 2 p.m. at New Horizons Community Church (corner of Russell and Maxwell streets) in Sarnia. The concert features Acoustic guitarist and soloist Mike Doupe, The Lambton County Fiddlers, Sisters of Choice and the Bluewater Chordsmen.
