Below is a partial lineup of activities, visual arts and live music scheduled for the First Friday cultural walkabout on July 6 in downtown Sarnia.

Many shops other than those listed below are open till 9 p.m. With Christina Street closed, free parking is available in municipal lots, the Bayside Centre above ground lot, and side streets after 6 p.m.

JUDITH & NORMAN ALIX ART GALLERY - 147 Lochiel St – 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Spotlight on artists Daisy Fresh and Laura Kreviazuk in the exhibition 'Composing Suspense.' Artists will be present.  JNAAG releases the publication 'Elusive Utopia' including the paintings of Ian McLean. Artist will be present.

COFFEE CULTURE - 130 Lochiel St. - 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. - Live music

CHEEKY MONKEY - 130 Christina St. N – 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. - Live music with Life Signs, and original art show & sale “Chasing The Light,” by Bill Walters.

ARTOPIA - 188 Christina St., N – 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. - New work by Shane Norrie, Stratford artist, who works in ceramics and acrylic.

W. LAWTON GALLERY (behind Imperial Theatre Box Office by The Capitol Bar) - 168 Christina St. N. - Exhibition of large-scale work by Lynne Kenneith Brogden, Patti Cook, Rachael Groombridge, Peg Kivi, and Karen Schaw - Programmed by The Lawrence House Centre for the Arts.

ROYAL CANADIAN LEGION, BRANCH 62 - 286 Front St N. – 8 p.m. to midnight - Music and dancing with The Persuaders.

ZZAS PIZZA BISTRO - 170 Christina St N – 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. - live music by Mike Blackmore.

ONE TOOTH - 155 Front St N – 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. - "GROOVE with Steph” in the annex, with giveaways to celebrate store’s 6th birthday!  Featured artist is Steph Purdy from GROOVE Sarnia Lambton.

UPS N’ DOWNS - 226 Front St N – 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. - Live music with Alex Shier.

LAWRENCE HOUSE CENTRE FOR THE ARTS - 127 Christina St. S – 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Opening of the "Birds of a Feather" member’s exhibition. Singer-songwriter Angele Dawe performs live 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

VANILLA BEAN - 138 Cromwell St. - Live entertainment with George Ayers & Gary Wilkins – 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

REFINED FOOL - 137 Davis St - Exhibiting new mixed media works by Susan VanVeldhuisen.

COME UNITY - 123 Christina St. N. - 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. - Nature inspired and locally crafted mesquite, mulberry, oak, poplar, maple and birch wood hangings and display stands by J. Vaughn.

THEMPTATIONS - Hemp Goods and Culture Shops - 180 Christina St. N. - open until 9 p.m. , featuring artist Jayme-Lynn Kelch.

CAFE YOGA: Sarnia Reiki, Meditation & Yoga - 150.5 Front St. N. Suite 7 – 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. - Inspired Soul exhibition by Sherry Russell, intuitive artist, Meet her and learn the story behind the paintings.  Fundraiser for suicide prevention and Laura's Good Deeds Project. Live music with Andrea Max

100 CHRISTINA ST. - 100 Christina St. N. – 6 p.m. to p.m. - Return the Landscape, "The Art of Bonsai."

THE COURTYARD - 146 Christina St. N - Revelree Nights starting at 5 p.m. - Live music on the new outdoor patio, with Adam Miner from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Chad Cusack from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. Music and dancing upstairs with DJ Phatfingers at 11 p.m.
