Warden’s job up for grabs

Published on

Sarnia councillor Bev MacDougall is one of three people seeking to become the next warden of Lambton County.

MacDougall was unsuccessful in an earlier attempt.

Petrolia Mayor John McCharles and St. Clair Township Mayor Steve Arnold also hope to lead the county federation.

County councillors will elect the warden and deputy warden Dec. 10 in Wyoming.

Dave Boushy and Anne Marie Gillis, both of Sarnia, are seeking the deputy warden’s job, as is Oil Springs Mayor Ian Veen.
