Two men were injured July 2 when a boiler exploded at the Shell Canada refinery in Corunna.
The Ontario Labour Ministry said the men were engaged in maintenance work in the steam plant at the time.
One man sustained serious burns and was taken to London hospital.
A contractor was treated at hospital and released later the same day.
