Susan Aglukark will be the keynote speaker at the annual general meeting of Community Legal Assistance Sarnia on Dec. 6.
The Juno award-winning Inuk singer and songwriter will sing and discuss topics that range from challenges faced by indigenous communities and the effects of colonization, beginning at 7 p.m.
A celebration of the agency’s indigenous justice program begins at 6 p.m. at the Maawn Doosh Gumig Community Centre, Aamjiwnaang, 1972 Virgil Ave.
