The student summer job centre at Lambton College opened on Monday, April 6.
The summer employment resource is open to students aged 15 to 30 who are returning to school in the fall.
The centre has job postings and offers workshops on resume writing, health and safety, search strategies and interview skills.
Funded by Employment Ontario, the program also provides eligible businesses with a $2 per hour wage subsidy when they hire a summer student.
The centre is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. until the end of May, and until 4 p.m. until the end of July.
