A volunteer group that provides with good used beds to families in need needs a little help itself right now.
NeighbourLink Sarnia-Lambton has used space at Christ Lutheran Church at no cost to house donated beds and bedding, but the church recently partnered with Lambton Christian School and the space is needed for classrooms.
As a result, NeighbourLink is seeking a generous community member with a large, ground-floor storage room available with electricity.
Last year, the group collected and gave out more than 800 box springs and mattresses to marginalized residents of Sarnia-Lambton.
