Sting’s Burke signs with Nashville Predators

Sarnia Sting forward Nolan Burke has signed a three-year, entry level contract with the Nashville Predators of the National Hockey League.

“Dream come true to announce I have signed my first NHL contract…” Burke posted on Twitter, Monday. “Big thanks to my family, friends, coaches and trainers or helping me get to this point!”

Nashville Predators president of hockey operations/general manager David Poile made the announcement, Monday.

The Peterborough native is playing in his fourth season with the Sting — having played all 137 career OHL games with the club —  and leads the Ontario Hockey League in goals, with 15.
